VETERAN COVERS REEL LIFE
Several months ago, TUW reported that Tony Sloman, who worked on no less than 13 episodes of 'The Prisoner' as film librarian, had published his memoirs (available HERE), entitled 'Reel Life', a large chunk of which is a behind the scenes memoir of life working on the series.
The book has been very well received within the industry, and issue 172 (Spring 2022, left) of 'The Veteran', the magazine of British cinema and television veterans, has covered Tony's book over several pages (two shown below) and includes several edited excerpts from the 'Prisoner' dedicated sections of the memoir, with the magazine recommending the book to is readers. Photos from the series are also included.
