PRISONER CHOC BLOCK 6

Prison bars slammed shut at the end of the episodes of The Prisoner, but it's bars of Prisoner Beligian chocolate that are now on sale in The Prisoner Shop, Portmeirion. These 90g slabs of dark chocolate covered in white chocolate feature the well known canopied penny farthing symbol from the tv series, with a number '6' centred in its larger wheel. Made in the UK by Chocolate on Chocolate of Bath, a companion bar featuring the Portmeirion logo is also available from the other shops in Portmeirion. Both are £2.99 each.

This season has also seen the arrival of several new Portmeirion postcards, some of which are shown below. One features a close up of Portmeirion archetect Sir Clough Williams-Ellis from 1970, while some of the others feature shots of the village from 1939.
