TUW readers will recall the sad passing in 2020 of Cynthia Jones (see news items, below), who along with her husband Glyn was a local extra involved in the filming of 'The Prisoner' in Portmeirion back in 1966.

Along with a short 8mm film showing life behind the scenes on the series , TUW is indebted to Diana (Cynthia's daughter) and Martin Brooks for also locating a selection of behind-the-scenes photographs from filming (left).

It is hoped that both the photographs and film will be made available for all to see at some point in the near future!
